DenmarkMy stay at Montcalm East started with a small hiccup, but it quickly turned into a fantastic experience thanks to the incredible staff. The Guest Experience and especially Denise, the Duty Manager went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, resolving the issue promptly and making me feel truly valued as a guest.
The thoughtful gestures, including different forms of compensations, completely turned my experience around. The follow-up from Prabhash, the other Duty Manager, was also greatly appreciated and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service.
I left Montcalm East feeling genuinely impressed by the team's dedication to creating a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding guest care and attention to detail.

The room was lovely - it had a fantastic view of the garden. Location was suberb. Felt really cosy and personal. The decor of this boutique hotel is beautiful. If you are looking to stay somewhere very English and a little bit different this is the place.

1-Location.
2-Netlix was already in Portuguese which is my first language (nice touch).

The reception is open all the time, so you can enter at any time. It is very clean, the rooms are spacious, security is guaranteed with video surveillance, you can put your belongings for free in the storage room, and you can also rent a dedicated space to put your belongings. The place is in the heart of London and the price is more than wonderful. I recommend it.

Location ok. This is part of a pub, hostel upstairs, i didn’t notice the music really once upstairs. Staff were great. Many doors throughout hostel. Kitchen looked quite well equipped, but people need to clear up afterwards. BunkBeds a little ropey, mattress soft. Dorm size ok if everyone tidy. Showers good but small cubicles. The place looks unclean due to needing a good painting/decor update, but I think it was clean enough.

We had a wonderful stay! Juliana was very discreet and friendly, always making sure we felt comfortable. The place was spotless, with a lovely view and located in a quiet, beautiful area. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out even better than we imagined! We’d definitely stay here again. 🌸

The place and the set up was amazing. We had a very good stay at the place. And the staff were extremely friendly catering to all our needs and making sure we felt comfortable. The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had a great time.

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its location. It’s very close to victoria station (aprox. 10 min) which means it’s easy to get almost anywhere in London. The place is very small, but it’s equipped with everything you need and it is comfortable. It’s self check in so you don’t have to worry about arriving late or leaving too early.
