I chose the location as I was missing Essex Campus. I loved the hotel and the stay, but the price could compete better with some of the good hotels in Town Centre. Staff were amazing!

Everything here was wonderful—clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful—we arrived early and they held our bags while we explored the city. We wanted to stay in town after check out and they kept our bags again. The breakfast was delicious with great variety to select from.

The hotel is nice the issue is that there Is a conference room (party room below) and it’s too loud and people can sleep when there are party’s below one night I couldn’t sleep I asked for a reimburse but they say no, please reimburse me that night
