Everything about this beautiful little hotel is amazing. The included breakfast is delicious and very generous. The staff goes the extra mile for their guests. The location by the river in this charming town is beautiful. Watching the many Swans and other birds every day was amazing.

Property was exceptional, staff were all extremely polite from the get go and were willing to help with any problem, from finding buttons on the Hot Tub to cutting a pesky tag from my suit when no scissors could be found. I was extremely impressed throughout. Room was lovely and spacious with an exceptional range of complimentary beverages and snacks available. Spa facilities were luxurious as well with the most amazing view and breakfast was also a delight!

Great location. Very close to Worcester Foregate street Station with all the shops, restaurant to go to after a long journey . Room was updated when I got there. Had a very comfortable afternoon and night . Staff was all very helpful and kind.
