The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

Lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing and great value for money. Location is fantastic - so central - and a very easy walk from the railway station.

Located in the Jewellery Quarter next to the Button Factory, it's a lovely part of Birmingham, very safe and clean. I have never been before but we were very happy with our location. The bed was really comfortable, the bath/shower was great (pressure and heat), and the complimentary water and tea a nice touch.

Just 10 minutes walk from The Bullring Shopping Centre, this elegant and modern hotel features rooms with Egyptian linen, plasma-screen TVs and free WiFi.
