This was a perfect choice for my mom’s birthday. Everything was incredible since the begining, there was a surprise gift in the room. Location is perfect. Room view was stunning. I want to thank to receptionist who brought me the new hair dryer late at night. Special thanks to breakfast team who were all so nice and polite. I will definitely come back!

The place was nice and clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The position was strategic as it was close to the Stratford station and services (shopping centre close to the station).

Clean and calm room with great service. Coffey and tea on a room after each clean-up. Personel opened to answer all questions. Location very good, grocery and public transport close to hotel.
