Very clean and comfy room, amazing breakfast. Very cooperative staff ' they helped with receiving a delivery for me while we were in the city si I was able to make a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday. Convenient location 10 minutes walk from the Westfield mall and transport hub. Nice neighbourhood.

Staff, they treated me as client much better than in Hayatt Regency hotel day before. Much warmer communication and client support. They tried very hard to help me find best way to airport, considering railway strike that day. They acted perfect as team, even very young newbie that was obviously still at training.
