Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, been messaging Fran for days prior to my attendance in regards to decorating the room, she ensured everything was perfect for the occasion. Gave us the biggest room, provided instructions as to how to decorate the room to avoid any damage, advised on disposing off the decorations after. She even arranged for someone to help bring everything upstairs as I arrived. Could not ask for more, excellent staff, service and atmosphere. The building and area are absolutely beautiful and absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway, highly HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Super nice staff! Very helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and its food. The dishes are small plate but very well prepared and tasty. Location for us was great with quick access to morning run in the park and 30 min walk from city centre. Perfect!
