This is an excellent and new property. The staff are all amazing - super helpful. The reception and front-office staff (Nino, Liza, Mariami, Tamta, Giorgi) were all welcoming and happy to help wherever they could. And, while I can't provide names, the breakfast staff and cleaning staff were also just as amazing, which lends to the hotel's high rating. The facilities are very comfortable and good value. The location is on a quiet street across a hospital, but near bus stops (2-3 min walk) and a major metro station (6-8 min walk). It was a comfortable stay.

Absolutely great stay, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and always happy to help :) The breakfast was also delicious, and they were very helpful with our diet restrictions. We completely recommend, it was our favorite stay in all Georgia!
