I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! (Hope to experience the club lounge. Every staff is so fluent and so nice.)

I had an amazing stay at Lanson Place although I stayed only for one night. I booked the hotel based on its price and reviews, and I was not disappointed. The staff is absolutely amazing, and couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. They helped me out when I arrived by paying my taxi when it was known he didn’t take any cards, and they swiftly welcomed me with a drink and checked me in. I got a beautiful queen room which was quite good in size and tastefully decorated. I ordered room service and enjoyed their wagyu pasta bolognese which was great. Their gym is absolutely stunning, and I was pleasantly surprised that they offered complimentary washers and dryers on the 5th floor. In the morning I enjoyed breakfast in the salon (which is again beautiful). When I was about to leave, I got stuck at the hotel due to a typhoon, however, the staff welcomed me to stay in the orangery near the reception area to wait it out and also enjoy some lunch at the salon, which I later did. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get a taxi or an uber, however, the staff tried their best to help me out, and in particular Jin (I hope I wrote your name right) was a total gem, giving both encouragement and advice! All in all, I would not hesitate to stay at Lanson Place in the future!

Loved the deco and the creative vibe. It is located on the quieter end of Causeway Bay which I appreciated, but yet accessible to public transport and amenities. Being close to Victoria Park was a bonus.

The location of the Parklane is really good, with MTR being 2 short blocks away, Victoria Park being in its backyard and being located in the Causeway Bay, Parklane was a great spot for us. The staff there are also very helpful & courteous.

Breakfast buffet was good and staff there very friendly. Pool was nice, quiet when we went and the lifeguard was lovely. Location was great, close to causeway bay MTR station, practically next to Victoria park and close to the waterfront promenade.

We love the LTH and have stayed there already twice. The views of the harbor are just great and the proximity to Victoria Park wonderful. Bedding is superb and such is the overall design.
