Everything was fantastic. Everybody was kind .The Main Cook and also twice the female main Cook made me every day a special meal because of my Allergie. They were extremely helpful. The buffet was very good.Breafast and half Pension.Also the Woman at the reception and the whole Staff were so nice. Because I found the room for 7 nights too small I could upgrade to a bigger one. Also the Spa Staff is fantastic. They were extremely professional. It was our first time there. we will come back.

Incredible establishment. The rooms are spacious and tidy, very modern, with everything you may need, and some of them facing the pool. There are two pools and quite a few chairs to sit on and relax. The ambiance is super calm, great for a relaxing holiday. Location is not bad, with a couple buses running close to the hotel, and just a short walk from the main sights of Pula. The personnel was incredible. Super attentive, they gave us some recommendations on where to eat, they always kept an eye out for everything we needed (for example they would bring us water when we were sitting by the pool to make sure we stayed hydrated) and they were super helpful in organizing a late checkout for us. Overall a 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone going to Pula and would definitely love to go back.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with an awesome restaurant. We spent three nights and had a great time. The restaurant / food was perfect, breakfast as well as dinner. The staff (especially in the restaurant) was very friendly and accommodating. Parking garage on property.

Honestly this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the over all style and design to the attention to detail in service there was nothing lacking here. Our stay felt safe and like home. Additionally the staff were kind, and accommodating at all times. I could not recommend this more. A very special and one of a kind experience!

A very special place! We were among the first guests and the team, though new, was very attentive and friendly. Our room in the new building was spacious with excellent beds and pillows. Breakfast was lovely, the restaurant good, and the seaside loungers were more than enough during our stay. Great potential and already a very comfortable, welcoming spot!
