The breakfast was amazing, with all local and fresh food. The view of the room and the way all the hotel has been refusrbished is lovely. Great experience from the first to the last step in this hotel. Very warm welcome with cold towels and a glass of champaigne. A special surprise was an upgrade to the penthouse suite, which was really stunning, with the best view in town. Very elegant room design with the seamless service. Every day during the turn down service we got different amenities: chocolate, cognac, traditional cookies. Luxury Guerlain bathroom amenities were replaced every day. Beautiful a la cart breakfast: matcha latte and avocado toast were my choice, that is not so easy to find in other, even 5 stars hotels in Croatia. Great spa area. Free sunbeds on the most exclusive beach in Hvar, 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
