Everything and everyone in this hotel is absolutely marvelous! My/Our one and only place in Dubrovnik. Everything is super clean. The food is DELICIOUS and the staff is beyond words, simply the BEST ever.

Excellent location, amazing Spa, stunning view on the sea, perfect combination of relaxing at the sea and city access and live music through a pianist at breakfast and evening in the lobby. Very attentive staff.

ΤΗΕ VIEW WAS FANTASTIC AND THE ROOM BIG AND COMFORTABLE. ALSO WE ASKED ABOUT A PROBLEM WITH A SECOND ROOM THAT WE BOOKED AND THEY SOLVE OUR PROBLEM QUICKY AND WE ARE HAPPY ABOUT THIS.

To start off with, the view is breathtaking. The property is facing the Adratic. Stunning views. It is a bit far from Old town. But there is a bus service (number 4) that starts from the hotel and ends at Pile gate at Old town entrance which is only 10 mins ride. So it never felt far. While booking we got an automatic upgrade to Junior suite which was a nice gesture. Property is modern with excellent lobby and a lounge area. One of the best client services I have experienced in europe. Very hospitable. We had requested for a late checkout since our next travel was in the night. They complied and gave us the same room with no additional cost. We were very impressed by that gesture. A special thanks to Ines for this. Special mention to Dubravka who was very helpful in providing tips about the town. Breakfast had a good spread. Again view from the restaurant is spectacular. We were particularly impressed with Loreta from the Breakfast restaurant. She ensured all our requests were looked into. Alwats with a amile on her face. Thank you. We had the buffet one night. It is a good treat for those eating meat and fish. We are vegetarian so the options are limited. Hoping to have more options on the veg front. Having said that, we requested the chef to make pasta (arabiatta) . He was more than happy to comply. Personally came to deliver it on our table and then came back later to check how did we find it. Unfortunately, could not get his name. But thank you 😊. Overall very good experience. Will return for sure.

Staying at the Hotel Royal Ariston was gorgeous. The staff was always friendly, professional, and caring. The facilities were modern, and perfectly equipped, making it easy to relax and enjoy every part of our stay. From the beautiful surroundings to the warm hospitality, everything was just perfect. Fabulous Breakfast and dinner with stunningly beautiful sea view and sunset. The beach is definitely not for everyone — access is via ladders from the rocky shore, and it’s deep right away — but personally, I love it. There are many swimming pools. There is an excellent promenade with beautiful restaurants directly outside the hotel. It is a quiet resort where you feel safe and calm. Great location to get to the Old Town. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!
