We spent just one night at this hotel, and the hotel staff really made our day. They were very polite, prepared separate lunch boxes for us because we had an early flight, and gave great recommendations about places to see in the city. The staff were very kind and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony - we appreciated the nice gesture. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, and the wellness area is great. The indoor pool with hot tub and the connecting glass door to the outdoor pool are a nice touch. The food from Fenix and Palm House restaurants was of a good standard.

Great Hotel not far from the old town. Being a Genius level 3 Booking user, I got a free upgrade from a single room to a deluxe one, thank you for that!!! The room was super spatious, modern, clean and cosy. Parking was available outside but under cameras dor no extra charge which is great. The seaside is just a short walk from the hotel. I would definitely come back!
