Staff was very helpful, polite. Even recommended some places we could go to Breakfast was amazing, alot of options available Minimal complaints on the room, it was almost perfect Good location as metro station, tram and bus stops were very closing which made traveling everywhere easy Would definitely come back again

Super friendly staff, a nice fresh interior, with a spacious and freshly decorated room. Very clean, with a delicious breakfast selection offered. A big thanks especially to Emese and Mercedes for their help with changing our booking at the very last minute (twice!) due to flight cancellations - we really appreciated your flexibility, patience, and warmth. Will definitely stay here when we return to Budapest - two days just wasn't enough!
