Everything👌🏾 Especially the clean facility's, super extremely friendly staff, everybody is so generous, great breakfast, so many choices, food and dinner is amazing. Rooms are so big, very clean. There is to be honest nothing negative about this hotel. Vertu Harmoni Jakarta is the place to see Jakarta, nearby next to Monas, Glodok and LTC building, overall top location. The House of Tugu is an enigma - absolutely fascinating and beautiful, full of history, whilst providing modern luxurious comfort in its unique and beautiful rooms. Genuinely loved my time here and I would fly back to Jakarta just to experience more time in this place. The staff were impeccable - Hevi was particularly helpful and kind, not to mention knowledgeable and very professional - a real credit to the wider team of staff. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

What a great hotel! We had one night in Jakarta to enjoy this clean and beatiful hotel. The staff is wonderful, they were so helpful in every need. They even managed to find a package of us that was lost in post. They did so their best! My special thanks for Azim and the concierge for their efforts. We had a triple room which was spacious and reaaly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also amazing with lots of choices. The fruit was delicious and fresh. The kids loved the pool! The communication through chat with Jeslin was seemless, very clear and really friendly. We know which hotel to choose next time in Jakarta!

Top tier hotel! Our second time here and will be back again in December when we're in Jakarta. Really lovely modern room, spotlessly clean. Really clean bathroom and towels. Bed has lovely cotton finish and so comfortable! The staff here are very warm and friendly.
