I never write reviews but making an exception for this hotel that exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff throughout with authentic Indonesian kindness and service. Beautiful interiors marrying modern light-filled and spacious spaces with classic and luxurious splashes of gold and color. Beautiful mosaic tableaux and sculptures from a local artist. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet including sushi and icecream! We were in the Artist Suite, perfect size for a couple and child, separate art-filled living room, the extra bed was amazingly comfortable. A dedicated butler. Beautiful outdoor pool, 24 hr gym and long walking path in the garden. Pro tip: walk less than 5 minutes into the adjoining Lotte Mall to find Kokuo Platinum for an amazing reflexology massage for 1 hour for less than USD 10. We gave up our usual preferred luxury hotel brand with initials FS for Raffles Jakarta and are so happy we did - we'll definitely return.

We had chosen to stay at this hotel on the wedding day before we head out for honeymoon. The staff were generous, they had set up a beautiful complimentary honeymoon welcome set up, upgraded our room. Wonderful! - Exceeded expectations - Definitely 10/10 rating, checks all the boxes - Absolutely stunning interior designs, very artistic - Luxury amenities - Very comfortable bed - Awesome bathtub - Nice restaurant
