Everything, this is the level of service you want when you're in Bali, especially Uluwatu! The staff all seem happy, are very friendly, and their attention to detail is impressive. They're very well-trained, and the owner did an amazing job selecting them. The level of communication pre-check-in, during the stay, and at the end was exceptional and provided us with some peace of mind and comfort. The staff were a large part of making the stay what it was. In addition, the facility itself is gorgeous, well-designed, clean and modern, and very secure. It was a little difficult locating, but, surprisingly, I would not change that as it added to the level of security the location provided; a non-issue as the communication with staff allowed us to locate where we needed to be. A beautiful pool area and a nice bar with what I would consider the right kind of music to match the vibe. The room itself was amazing, 2-floor villa with a bed on the main floor and another on the 2nd, very big, and still gives you the privacy you'd want even while being perched up on the hillside looking over everything. A few more mosquitoes than id liked, but again, the staff came in and helped minimize that issue for us, after a half-day, they weren't really a bother anymore. It was great meeting the owner of Gravity and getting to know him a little and his motivation behind what he does/why. He happened to stop by while we were relaxing near the pool, and we loved the hands-on approach he took making sure his guests were enjoying their time but also bringing any issues to his attention or his staff's attention. We got the impression he genuinely loves what he does and truly wants to make Gravity the best it can be. Definitely will be back next time & would recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Bali!

Love everything about this hotel! Rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast has lots of healthy choices which are amazing. Hotel is located perfectly within walking distance to lots of great local restaurants and bars as well as Spring Spa next door the staff are also very friendly and accommodating of all requests. From the moment you arrive to the moment you depart… you’re part of the ONAYA family. The staff are happy, welcoming and very eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Scooter rental was done swiftly at the resort. Breakfast was amazing. The pool was perfect. The rooms were comfortable. The setting was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy reach by bike or the shuttle service provided.

Lots of space, the AC and fridge worked amazingly well. Bed is very comfortable, good natural light from the window. There’s a coffee shop and mini supermarket down stairs, the personal from those places and from the Malaka house very kind. You have the Dreamland Beach not even 10 minutes away, walking distance.

This place is luxurious and stylish. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and lighting. Perfect location. Just a short walk to Bingin and Dreamland Beach, and a lovely massage joint at the end of the street. The beds were super comfortable and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. A big thank you to Putu the housekeeper who was amazing, friendly and super helpful. I’ve been to Bali over 10 times and this was my best stay yet. Thank you 🙏

Salt House was the perfect romantic getaway for us. The villa is beautifully styled, with the most comfortable king bed we’ve ever slept in. The pool was magical at night with its soft lighting – so private and romantic. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to Bingin and Dreamland Beach for stunning sunsets and great food. Jerry, the housekeeper, made our stay extra special with his warmth and friendliness. Highly recommend for couples looking for a dreamy Bali escape.

Lovely property, nice pool. Nice room with a lovely view and big windows. Nice pleasant staff. Located well, the Cashew Tree is great, and a lovely looking spa next door - although the beach next to the property was inaccessible (literally a demolition ground) which was disappointing, but not the hotels fault - highly advise visiting Dreamland beach which is amazing and nearby.
