La Santa Rosa exceeded our expectations from their warm service staff who were always ready to greet and help to the pools and lounge areas that were kept clean and (almost exclusively to us during our stay!) The staff regularly checked in when we lounged for our needs, the house keeping made sure our room was always ready and the bar served delicious drinks at the ready.

The hotel is new, quaint and cozy, not too many rooms and people so it didn't feel like a normal big hotel but more like a place to chill and recharge with all the amenities needed. The staff was also very warm and attentive to the needs of customers. The hotel is very close to the Balangan beach which was one of the best beaches we went to during our trip so definitely check that out instead of just the usual Padang Padang or Melasti beaches. Overall, very good experience and would highly recommend staying there when visiting Uluwatu.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is very, very clean, everything feels brand new, and you can tell a lot of care was put into it. The room has a TV, the bathroom is amazing, and the kitchen has everything you need. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the whole space feels peaceful and homely. I highly recommend this place.
