Very good value for money, great location, clean and well maintained hotel supported by a team of quality staff providing a great service. There is even a small fridge & safe box in the room. Wifi is good and you can get YouTube on the smart TV. Will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The staff was incredible, they even helped us recover our delayed bagage and were so friendly with everything. The facilities are beautiful. Poppies restaurant also exceeded our expectations. We ate there every evening!

Breakfast buffet was great. At the beginning, the room we booked had an issue related to the air conditioning (made a noise). When we ask them to repair, they came and did it. but the same problem occurred again and again. Then they gave us an upgraded room. It was nice.

Many reasons to love this hotel. But mainly because of the staff; they went the extra mile so often. For example, arranging fresh ginger tea when I had mild Bali Belly one day. We felt family.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and could not be faulted. In particular- Weda, Arthu, Mata, Ayu and Tika went beyond the call of duty to entertain our 9 year old girl. The service and enthusiasm to help or get whatever we needed could not be faulted. The rooms were gorgeous and well cleaned. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and was certainly a much needed stay after getting Bali Belly in Seminyak.
