The hotel is brand new. We really like the design and it has super nice garden surrounded with a forest. Breakfast and restaurants were good and the friendly staff would welcome you everywhere. Also the place has a lot of sport activities including yoga classes every day. Thank you for that

Where to start. From check in Jeremy was a superstar. Always ensured our comfort and got the job done well. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful, but the staff make it memorable. A few important staff to name here... Mariana, Elsa, Eka, Adib, and Lidya and the lady who serviced our floor (I am sorry I did not get her name) were all absolutely wonderful people who became more friends than staff. Always greeted you with a smile and went above and beyond for such minimal details and reasons. I highly suggest this hotel for your stay in Bali, for the Nusa Dua area. The breakfast buffet had a lot to select from with "cook how you like" eggs, pancakes and waffles. And the restaurant downstairs was convenient and great. The pool was also amazing and never jam packed. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn Nusa Dua, you made our stay unforgettable.

The location of the hotel is very good- not only is it on the beach, but it is also 5 mins walk from a nice open-air shopping area, where you can find quite a lot of nice restaurants. The staff are very friendly and always ready to assist you. The buffet breakfast was really good.

Very well situated. Only 7 minutes bike ride from Bali collection and the strip of beaches and waterblow etc. There is also a lot of food options nearby to choose from so no need for grab. Supermarkets nearby. I especially liked the pool which was very nice and well maintained. Up there with best ones I had on this trip. Also the A/C was very cold which is essential for me as a foreigner visiting as Bali can get humid! The owner was very attentive, making sure water was refilled and bedding was regularly made each morning 👍
