We took the train from Dublin to Galway; the Imperial is 1 block from the train station. The front desk staff was awesome as was the restaurant staff, very attentive. The bell boys deserve a shout out, took our luggage up to the 2nd floor and back down when we checked out, they arrived withing 5 minutes of calling the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything. Marie was an amazing receptionist. Always kind and helpful. We've been so lucky to have her during our stay. All the staff was exceptional. Great position. Their restaurant is delicious, we recommend it. Room always clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was really really good, they have good selection of food :) Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is located in the Latin quarter so very easy to reach the city centre and close to restaurants, pubs, bars.
