Wonderful staff and hospitality and beautiful hotel! Spotless and cleanliness to the highest standards. I was also very surprised that one of the staff members remembered me from the time I use to come at the hotel between 2016-2017!

This is a very cool hotel, and it has very good facilities and the staff are very good.

The Hotel delivered the characteristics of (a) family/kids friendly staffs (b) clean/tidy/serviced rooms everyday (c) decent mix races of country nationals (d) center location connects to many places in Coimbatore 2. Safe environment to use while you stay with family and kids 3. Staffs are able to give rational advises/guidance/direction while we explored local places 4. Restaurant food menu was fantastic : delivered a mix of Indian/Asian/Euro/US Cuisines which my family liked a lot 5. Restaurant staffs were very attentive and responsive (Many/All to name) : voluntarily took my family's requests and delivered timely without delays 6. Reception staffs are good : (special thanks to Badran) - staffs give spot on suggestions/recommendation and deliver them 7. Swimming Pool followed No Dive Policy : disturbance from pool view inside the room was negligible 8. Security Personal : Around 4AM i was going out receive family guests and i saw 5+ personal AWAKE and guarding reception/lobby lift all the way till main gate Additionally Security personal offered friendly hands (offloaded bags, scanned the bags, Sent bags to reception, Loaded bags to vehicles, smiley faces and good communication) 9. All female masseuse were fully booked while my family reached for appointment, so our advise : while making room booking - request for an masseuse appointment before you arrive to the hotel

the breakfast was tasty and the staffs are friendly.

very neat and clean. The hotel is in middle of market place, so the roads are busy and too many traffic signals as well.
