The staff members are very kind, polite and friendly to the customers and especially office manager Vishnu who is very helpful and friendly to the customers. The hotel is nearby (500 meters walkable) to beach and 2 kms away from Kollam railway station. The hotel maintenance is really awesome. Besides, food is also good.
