We can only agree with the other very positive reviews. Everything was perfect. The room, the food, the staff, the excursions, the weather, the (heated!) infinity pool on the roof, etc.. - Highly recommended! Arya, the lady from the front office, is a treasure and fulfilled every conceivable wish. Many thanks to Arya and the entire Panoramic Getaway team! I had the valley view for 2 days and then upgraded to jacuzi room. The Jacuzi was slightly dirty which they fixed immediately upon complaint and refunded the extra money. The staff is generally very helpful and the place is well worth the money. If I visit india and kerala again would visit for sure. Can only recommend.

We spent three nights in Munnar and had an absolutely wonderful time! The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains that took our breath away from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and provide advice. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff and the location was very good explicitly the frond office staff. Around have different restaurant's available . Mostly very good parking facility available. Just wake able distance to the new town.
