Mr Dhrubo went out of the way to make our stay comfortable A) extended the check in time and was there in person till almost midnight to receive us. B) Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and reached late at night. He was compassionate and courteous, offering us alternatives if it was further delayed. C) the staff was efficient and responsive to our requests. Highly recommend!
