ITC Grand central stay was one of the finest stays we ever had. this is a par excellence hotel. the hospitality right from the entry was very warm. Staff was very cordial. It was a really pleasant stay at St Regis Mumbai. Next to a shopping mall so it's easy to access to shops and restaurants. Having a butler service was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is excellent with huge amount of varieties. Room is modern and my sleep was really good. Butler ritual service starts at 6.30pm and it was really nice to watch and celebrate. This is my 1st time watching and that really lift up the mood and atmosphere within the hotel. I had a chance to play on the grand piano offered by the hotel pianist, Steven so it was really nice to try on that.

We principally ate at the Masala Bay. Thier food was of exceptional quality and flavour. Staff were extremely helpful with ordering this kind of Indian food that we have not experianced before. Breakfast at Vista too was exceptinally good with helpful and friendly staff who spoilt us with service.
