Really clean, everything is on the right place as it needs to be. Rooms is better than on photos. Bed amazing, high quality cotton sheets, pillows, looks brand new. The bathroom is on a level of hotel but for 3x the price. The best place we stayed in India so far. Staff is super nice. Great location. Close to many things we wanted to see. Reception lady is brilliant.

Hot water in the shower: the only hotel that had it in three weeks. Helpful staff: our first room didn't have internet and was quite hot. We were moved to a cooler room where we were online. Cooled drinking water was available in the foyer. A kettle was great. It was close to the station, the bus station and a hotel that sold beer in a room that had windows and didn't look like a 70's disco. It was the best hotel of our three week stay in India, and the cheapest. Close to a number of reasonable eating places.

This is an excellent new hotel with staff so eager to please. The facilities are beautiful and exquisite. The manager is a lovely guy who is 'hands on' and always there to chat and assist and ensure everything is OK. The man in charge of the restaurant, Chandrakanth, is very rare. He is an expert in all of the foods and always ensured my dietary needs were taken care of in a friendly caring cheerful manner. The food is excellent. He also was proactive in making suggestions for me program whilst there. The waiter Shiv was exceptionally helpful and hard working and always wanting to please and assist. Even the room cleaning service were amazing at how they cleaned the room, to the extent that they even coiled my charging wires into a neat circle! Thank you so much Sam and your crew for your friendly and accommodating ways.
