Price of $265 was not bad for a last minute booking a few hours earlier for a triple bed room. Staff was excellent and kind! We viewed the falls before breakfast which was excellent. There are several different rooms at this hotel. We didn't know what type of room we would have before arrival. It is located well away from the ring road in open countryside with wonderful views. We stayed here the night before our whale watching tour in Húsavík. Great breakfast (possibly the best scrambled eggs I ever had).
