The staff was extremly kind, attentive and accommodating. The setting is quite romantic, with a courtyard and pergola for enjoying the outdoors. Breakfest was delicious. Would definitely stay there again should I happen to come to Venice again.

The location near Acedemia is fantastic, also not too far from railway station and a vaporetto stop. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast too.

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for us — close to nice crestaurants, yet away from the narrow, crowded tourist streets. The staff were truly exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Before our arrival, I mentioned that it was my boyfriend’s birthday and asked if they could give us the best room within our category. Instead, they surprised us with an upgrade to a two-storey room with a jacuzzi — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms, decorated in modern Venetian style, are very clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and every request we had was handled quickly and with genuine kindness. Highly recommend — it made our time in Venice even more special!

The accommodation was good, but it was the staff who made the stay incredible. They are always making sure that your stay is the best you’ve ever had in terms of hospitality, you don’t even need a guide to see the city since they always have the best tips. The room itself was clean and warm, amazing for a cold day like we had.
