The location of the hotel is great, close to the central station and other places. The room was clean and comfortable and the price was very affordable!! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. They have a built-in bar that is very nice for a drink during the day or a coffee in the morning, and the bartender Adriana was very nice and helpful as well.

Hotel Lancaster is set in a central but tranquil area of Milan, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

Lovely property in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect, very close to tram lines so it is easy to access the entire city, but still quiet and residential. The staff were welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. I already have a booking to stay here again, it was that perfect.
