What a lovely hotel. Only three rooms per floor that are private and quiet. Bed really comfortable with good quality linen and towels. Good bathroom with large shower and choice of rain shower or hand held. Breakfast good with choice of coffee. Various tarts and cake. Place outside in the garden to keep bikes. Staff very friendly. About a ten minute walk into the old city. Good choice of restaurants and bars. Kettle in the room. The elevator was excellent!

Hotel Donatello is situated in Padova historic centre, in front of St. Anthony's Basilica, near the ancient Orto Botanico and Prato della Valle, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy.

I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The location is perfect, very close to the city centre yet still quiet. The room was very clean, the staff were also very friendly and welcoming. AC was perfect and the mattress was very comfortable.
