The room was really nice, for a reasonal price. The staff, Jenny and Fransesco gave us a warm welcome, and were really kind. We got a lot of extra’s next to our hotelroom, such as a welcome drink, and coffee.

The best breakfast ever in any hotel in Italy. The head person was very courteous and quite polite as well as efficient.

Hotel Lancaster is set in a central but tranquil area of Milan, just a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Each room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The property is in a strategic area 20 mins walking distance from the Duomo. Stylish, well furnished, with the staff that goes the extra mile to make you feel at home, away from home. The suites are not really suites… because they are rather small but the bed is super comfortable and everything is impeccable. We will definitely go back!

A good hotel at a reasonable price in the category of 4-star hotels in Milan. We reached easily San Siro by bus and to the city center you can go by tram or metro. The staff was also helpful.

Hotel Emmy is just 350 metres from Milan's Gambara Metro Station, offering links to Milan Cathedral and Rho Fiera Exhibition Centre.

Very well presented and some nice touches like a small kettle in the room, an assortment of teas, biscotti etc. Very friendly and helpful staff.
