we loved the lancaster,it was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. breakfast was very good plenty of choice. the room was small but had everything you need and i say if you are having a good holiday you only need it to sleep. i would definitely recommend the lancaster for a stay and we would use it again.

It was an extraordinary experience! The "Urban Hive" hotel is a medium-sized hotel, but very chic and well organized hotel, with attention to every detail. All the hotel employees are wonderful and willing to help in any situation. From the reception you will be greeted with smiles and greetings of "welcome" and you will be helped and listened in any situation! The rooms give you the feeling of home, they are spacious and very quiet. The beds are super comfortable! Everything is very well thought out, you have fresh water at your disposal all the time, coffee and tea. Rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfast is very good and varied, and those who serve it are at your disposal for anything, smiling and cheerful. They even made a surprise for my husband's birthday! 🤗 Coffee is very tasty, whether you serve it for breakfast or at the bar in a dreamy atmosphere! The hotel is located in a quiet area, 20 minutes walking distance from Duomo, 15 minutes from Milan Castle. You can find all kinds of shops around. We left early in the morning, and the receptionist called a taxi for us and they even prepared an extraordinary packed breakfast for us! 😊 Thank you "Urban Hive" for making our stay in Milan unforgettable! will I recommend the hotel with great confidence!

Absolutely comfortable hotel! Location is 5 min walk from Duomo. The room was cozy, tidy and comfortable, with welcome chocolate. The staff was kind and polite. Breakfast is good, pancakes, scrambbled eggs, coffee, fruits, fresh bread.

I will not come to Milan again.

I will not come to Milan again. I had my phone wallet stolen on a packed Metro on my way from the centrale station to the Duomo. No security people to talk to at the Metro stations so reported to the police in the main station. I was told to go away and find a phone(mine had just been stolen) to cancel my cards and come back when I had done this. Luckily the B&B owner lent me his phone several hours later when I got back . It would have been useful in the police station if they showed understanding. My friend witnessed a man being knocked to the ground outside the central station as someone tried to steal his phone. THIS IS NOT GOOD . My tip would be to hide your phone beneath clothing, though unsure how you use it!!!
