Very friendly staff; they just made every day better with a little joke always smiling helping me when I had lost something in my room. Very good location to 3 torri and rest of Milan via metro. Savo the Concierge was absolutely amazing. The entire staff did a lovely job. The location worked well for us and though we didn't walk to the City Center it was a quick uber ride there and back. Driving into the City as we did in the evening Milan can be imposing but daytime paints another picture of this lovely city. There is an amazing Thai restaurant called Thai Square. My wife is Thai and said it was exceptional.

Hotel was beautiful, modern and clean, located walking distance from famous landmarks. Very helpful and caring staff. Breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommended.
