This is an amazing hotel, right in the centre of the Old City, just 4 mins walk from the Main Street. The location couldn’t be more perfect.During my short stay, I was welcomed, and greeted by many members of the family, who are all warm, friendly, hospitable, kind, helpful and generous. I would say 5* hospitality in a genuine family hotel. I could go on……The bed was super comfortable and my room was lovely and quiet and had everything that I needed. Breakfast was good, a typical Italian breakfast. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and hope to stay again in the future. This hotel stands out because of the family that runs it. Thanks , Michele and everyone for a lovely stay.

Location, staff is exellent, detail of finish in the rooms, pleasant design, rooftop terrace, bistro downstairs - all greatly put together. Breakfast was very very good - good choice of food and options. Good service provided at breakfast by staff.

The room had a beautiful view of Perugia and Umbria green valley. The hotel was very conveniently located at heart of the city with walking distance to almost everywhere. We walked to Fontana Maggiore, Pozzo Etrusco (Etruscan Well), University of Perugia...The breakfast was excellent with many selections. The most impressive was the hotel SPA and swimming pool. Under it's glass floor, there was Etruscan wall and part of old chamber.

A nice hotel with an excellent location in the center, about 200 m from Piazza IV Novembre and The Fontana Maggiore. I really appreciate the possibility of parking in the hotel garage. Excellent breakfast served on a spacious and interestingly arranged terrace. The terrace does not have a view into the distance, but it is elegantly set in the environment between the buildings of the old town. Professional and friendly staff, both in the dining room and at the reception, who knew how to give advice. Comfortable bed.
