From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, Elton, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering invaluable tips for exploring the city. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Milan. Situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transportation, I found it effortless to get around the city. Whether I was heading to the Duomo, exploring the fashion district, or visiting the various museums, everything was within easy reach. Despite its central location, the hotel maintained a serene and quiet atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The room was a blend of modern luxury and comfort, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that enhanced my stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the high-quality linens to the stylish decor. Considering the level of service, the quality of the accommodations, and the prime location, the value for the price was exceptional. It's rare to find such a perfect combination, but this hotel managed to deliver on all fronts.

The staff is very friendly and helped us in our stay. The room was nice and clean and larger than we expected. The wifi connection was nice with good speed and connectivity. Will return with pleasure to this hotel.
