Very nice staff, and a nice breakfast area. The breakfast was very good, and had hand-made coffee as well as delicious mozzarella every morning. The staff remembered our coffee order and got it ready for us as soon as they saw us come down.

Amazing service and hospitality by Esther. Accommodated our honeymoon request and greeted us with Prosecco and complimentary upgrade. A lovely touch. Room was exceptional, as well as the incredible breakfast buffet with a whole plethora of freshly baked cakes, treats and all the usuals. The chef bringing out freshly baked Sfogiatelle was a lovely touch. History of the hotel is fascinating and Esther filled us in with pleasure and pride about its unique background and renovations to show incredible unique features of the Porta Palace. Rooms more like historic attractions! Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at AuRoom Luxury Hotel! From the very first moment, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and genuine Italian hospitality. We would especially like to thank Vittorio and Cinzia — their warmth, attention to detail, and sincere care made our stay incredibly pleasant and memorable. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped to create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Each morning started with a great breakfast and the welcoming smiles of the staff. One of the best hotel I have been so far. It has opened recently and everything is new and perfect. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, comfortable with all you need at the right place. Bed was very confortable and I honestly slept very well. The hotel is at the beginning of the "Spacca Napoli" street, a must place to visit if you come to Naples. I loved the "breakfast approach": you do not need 10'000 different average options, when you have the right ones, really in TOP quality for ingredients and taste. You can opt for a standard continental breakfast with eggs, bacon cheese and ham or for a traditional sweet italian breakfast, eating the typical "sfogliatella riccia" or "liscia" or the "pastiera napoletana" in an high bakery-quality. Ask the receptionists for suggestions on what to see in Naples and to which restaurants to go for eating. Thanks to them we had amazing lunch/dinner experiences; their help with the right suggestions on the attractions and travels around Naples (e.g. Pompei, Capri for us) contributed to make my vacation in Naples, one of the best ever. Thanks! Naples is a city with a soul and you will love it.
