Amazing hotel in medieval style close to the Colosseum and Circo Romano. The building is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and keeping the style and charm of the old Monastery. Rooms are big enough and comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom with all necessities. Situated close to Circo Romano, it's a walk away of the heart of the city and the main attractions. There are coffee, tea and cookies waiting for you in the room. A quiet place in the noisy and hectic Rome. Ladies and gents at the reception were very kind and responsive and always smiling :) The room was cleaned every day and all was fresh and pleasant to use. We had a great stay at the hotel and definitely will visit again. Grazie mille per tutto e ci vediamo presto! Saluti da Bulgaria!

Amazing staff and room, full stop. Everyone who was working over the days we were at Chapter Roma were simply fantastic. An Unforgettable Stay in Rome's Heart! Our visit to Rome was made exceptional by the warm hospitality and impeccable service of this place. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly staff. The comfort of the beds was great, they were a dream to sink into after a day of exploring the city's wonders. Location-wise, this hotel is an absolute gem! Nestled in the center of Rome, it allowed us to easily access all the iconic landmarks within walking distance. We did not use any kind of public transport. The convenience of exploring this historic city without hassle truly added to the overall experience. Cleanliness is really important to me, and I was impressed by the pristine condition of the hotel. We did not have breakfast included, but we paid extra to have some one of the mornings. There was a big variety of food for every taste. I recommend this hotel!
