It was the best place we stayed in Europe, and the most important thing was the reception. It made us feel like we were at home! The sympathy of the guys and all the tips they gave us (a lot of hidden gems in Rome). Our trip to Rome was more special because of them. Very good location. The location is good! 3-5 mins walk to the Termini Train Station. Best customer service! Both receptionists(sorry I forgot your names!) were very friendly and helpful for first timer tourist like me, giving me information on what to take note of and advise my travel schedule. The best part is the coffee machine near the reception, which is totally free and unlimited for guests to have it! Reasonable room size for 3 luggages(only can open up 2) and reasonable clean and of course reasonable pricing. Might be better than some of the 3/4 stars hotel. Big TV in room, aircon working, water heater, safe working!
