If you need a transfer to or from the airport, the hotel offers this opportunity (after your booking, the hotel will contact you and offer you this opportunity). ✈️ The hotel has an excellent location, there is a bus a couple of minutes walk, Termini station is a 20 minute walk, and there are many shops nearby. 🚉 The staff is very friendly, polite and always ready to help, available 24/7 (both at the reception and via WhatsApp). 🛎 We traveled as a couple and were very pleased with both the service and the hotel itself. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and helpful in every respect. We had arrived early on the morning of check-in, and not only were we upgraded, but our room was made available to us within half an hour of our arrival. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had good views of the surrounding area. The roof-top bar was a good spot, with lovely views. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of hot and cold options. Most importantly, the location was perfect, just a block away from the Metro, the various tourist buses, AND Roma Terminale. Highly recommended.
