Our stay at the hotel was impeccable and pleasant! The hotel and our room was neat and clean, well equipped. The staff was friendly, polite, eager to help and assist in anything we might needed. They were quick and efficient whenever we had questions or minor problems. Our room was well air conditioned when we arrived, even a bit chilly to our liking – which was fixed with a quick call to the reception. They immediately set our thermostat's limit higher, after which we could change the temperature in a much wider range. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness gave just as much to our experience as the hotel's conditions itself. The hotel is quite far from the heart of Rome, so they offer regular shuttles in the mornings and afternoons to Monti Tiburtini metro station. It was easy to schedule, and the driver was super friendly too. Their restaurant had flavorful dishes for dinners and good prices (even Booking.com discounts too). The servers were easygoing and put in a lot of effort to their work. The breakfast had such a wide variety of choices that we could try something new each day of our stay. The restaurant staff in the morning were very accommodating too, especially an older gentleman, who always offered to bring us cappuccino to our breakfast. Thank you to all the staff members (reception, restaurant, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance) for providing us with such a great experience!

This place is qiute and clean, close to a garden. The staff is super helpful. They can also help call Taxi.

The reception staff is very helpful, particularly, Mr. Davide, I greatly appreciate his help. He was well organised, he knew the answer for every question and found a resolution for every sudden situation (e.g. an unexpected strike of public transport). The hotel was very convenient for me: quiet and cosy, I could really relax after my conference. The breakfast is not available in the hotel but guests are offered a coffee /tea, juice, fruit and small snacks in the morning. This information is provided along with booking, so I was not disappointed but satisfied with the morning coffee in the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, polite and helpful staff, convenient location close to a metro station. Rich and tasty breakfast. Very comfortable bed. A nice terrace with a view of a river 🦆

The stuff was the best. Kind and helpful. Location is nice because with the metro you can reach everywhere in a couple of minutes. New hotel so at least for now everything incredibly clean (which at Rome is difficult to find).
