I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant/bar had a great atmosphere. I also loved the little touches — from the cozy lobby to the attention to detail in the service. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great service. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff especially David was really helpful and they guided me in every way they can. The rooms were really clean especially try to book the rooms with the Balcony. I will also ask you to ask them for food recommendations.

Location: The hotel is located perfectly beside the train and bus station Tiburtina, where the FlixBus arrived. For FlixBus travelers definitely the perfect hotel location. Service: The hotel has an absolutely top service. We arrived early and stored our luggage until the room was ready, while we were roaming around in Rome. We were provided with a map of Rome city and (more important) a metro map where they marked the most important stations for us while asking about our interests. At our departure day we checked out and again stored our luggage until we fetched it for the bus, enjoying a last round through Rome and a photo shooting. Comfort: Bed was comfortable and breakfast was completely ok. The cocktails in the bar are delicious. We will book here again.
