We had a lovely stay at Antica Fenice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly — especially the young man at the reception who was attentive and very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfasts were good, and the hotel was well-equipped for families. We traveled with our 1.5-year-old baby, and the room had a nice baby bed ready for us, which made things much easier. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute direct bus ride to Venice, with the bus stop very close to the hotel. It’s also just 15 minutes by bus to the airport. The hotel has a lovely terrace where we enjoyed our morning coffee — a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a comfortable and stress-free stay near Venice!

Hotel is perfectly located to visit Venice - direct bus to Venice is just 1 corner away and Mestre Train station is also very near. Room was very clean and quiet. Private parking was very convenient for us since we had a car. Lorenzo the receptionist helped us a lot in explaining how to get to Venice by public transport. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good.

Great location, just 3 minutes from the bus stop and 5 minutes from the train station. The staff was very polite and welcoming; when our sink got clogged, they promptly assisted us. There's a shared kitchen equipped with everything necessary, and a gaming area. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Venice.
