The staff is awesome. Very friendly and always ready to help or answer any questions. They provide the bus tickets and Venice voucher. Also they could call a cab is you need. The location is great. The bus stop in steps and 10 minutes from Venice. The rooms are clean and breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is fully renovated, so everything is new and working fine. They added an elevator to the building, which was a huge bonus since I was traveling with my 74-year-old mother. The staff is super welcoming, friendly and polite. And the location is unbeatable -only a few minutes away from the train/bus stations, so a very easy 10-minute ride to Venice. I would highly recommend!
