The location is perfect, especially if you come with car or train. The rooms are very cozy and clean. The staff was SOOO nice!! A big plus is that they let us leave the luggage to pick it up later. I wish we could stay longer and we will definitely come back again. You don’t find often hotels that feel so good!

Location is very good, two vaporetto stops nearby (one without stairs/bridges), rooms felt very clean and seemed newly renovated. Bed very comfortable! Breakfast really good!! Staff overall was very friendly (one of the front desk clerks, Sofia, was specially kind)

A fabulous hotel in the middle of Venice, we had an amazing stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, their recommendations were superb and the rooms were exactly like we see in the pictures. Very neat and clean, amazing rooftop bar overlooking the San Marco square bell tower. We loved our stay here and we’ve chosen our go to place to stay in Venice for our upcoming trips. Also one tip to someone who is searching for a hotel along with the Elevator - this hotel boasts 2 elevators (so no need to carry your luggage until 4th floor) also the person assisted us and bringing our luggage till our room (exceptional service experienced in Europe)
