Our stay at the hotel was impeccable and pleasant! The hotel and our room was neat and clean, well equipped. The staff was friendly, polite, eager to help and assist in anything we might needed. They were quick and efficient whenever we had questions or minor problems. Our room was well air conditioned when we arrived, even a bit chilly to our liking – which was fixed with a quick call to the reception. They immediately set our thermostat's limit higher, after which we could change the temperature in a much wider range. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness gave just as much to our experience as the hotel's conditions itself. The hotel is quite far from the heart of Rome, so they offer regular shuttles in the mornings and afternoons to Monti Tiburtini metro station. It was easy to schedule, and the driver was super friendly too. Their restaurant had flavorful dishes for dinners and good prices (even Booking.com discounts too). The servers were easygoing and put in a lot of effort to their work. The breakfast had such a wide variety of choices that we could try something new each day of our stay. The restaurant staff in the morning were very accommodating too, especially an older gentleman, who always offered to bring us cappuccino to our breakfast. Thank you to all the staff members (reception, restaurant, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance) for providing us with such a great experience!

Very clean and comfortable! Loved the staff, they were really helpful especially when booking dot com messed up my booking 1 week before check-in. Responses were prompt (minutes!) even when I asked questions before I arrive

The staff is very professional. They are so kind and helpful. Beautiful bedroom with lots of space, nicely equipped with all you need. The bathroom was very clean and also lots of space in it. The breakfast was delicious, and there were many food options available. We loved the coffee. The location of the hotel is great - 10 minutes of walk from Termini train station and 5 minutes away from metro station. This is the hotel you would love to come back to.

Everything was good! Hotel is so close to Termini and city centre. Location is good so we were walking all the time. Room was clean and stuff were so nice and helpful.
