I dearly thank the staff of the reception for their warmness and flexibility. From the moment I C/I to the moment I C/O, I was truly taken care off, even came in midway a meeting I had downstairs to just let them know I was "still there"... their smiles were legitimate! It was an outstanding experience at the Bra Hotel. We‘ve travelled the world, but this was one of the best hotels we‘ve ever visited.
