It had a lift which was nice for the bags and check-in. The room was lovely with a view of the church. Breakfast was great and started at 7:30 which was good for us. The room has a fridge and shampoo, great pillows and towels. We couldn’t fault anything.

The hotel is very charming and close to Ortigia city walls. The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Beverages from the mini bar - water and various soft drinks- were for free. Breakfast was very complete - you could even prepare your own cannoli- and you could also order special meals from the kitchen. Coffee was glorious!

Palazzo Artemide - VRetreats is in the heart of Ortigia Island, next to the Cathedral. It offers free lobby Wi-Fi and modern, air-conditioned rooms.

When you are in this HOtel , it is like you are in Paradise. The Location is stunning!!! IT´s in the centre of Ortigia with an amazing view! The interiors are meticolusly choose. The breakfast is every day different but always the sicilian specialities available. The food is super fresh and the variety and the attention to the quantity and the details is incredible great! The room? Never ever slept in a room sea view like this!!! takes your breath away for everything!!! The staff? This makes the difference! Director and all his stuff are highly professional, welcoming, warm, helpful, friendly people, they put always you and your family in the centre of the attention!!!! EXCELLENT Experience!! Absolutely everything was great! This hotel was the nicest and cleanest one we have been on our 1week round trip in Sicily. Lovely rooms (marble floors and highest quality furniture everywhere!), perfect location, warm welcome and outstanding breakfast and service (at the reception, the valet parking, room service and waiters at breakfast - best stuff ever!)
