The score on Booking for this stay at the time I chose it was too low, it deserves a perfect 10. Claudia is a very nice person and careful with the details. When I stayed at this location it was my wife's birthday and she surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco left on the bed. As for the location of the stay, I don't know what more you can ask for, it's 10 minutes walking distance from the Vatican square and 15 minutes from the old town. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Anca was amazing, the ambience was nice, everything was news and clean. The localization was perfect, central but away from the crowd.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area, next to the Vatican City, the view from the balcony and the bar at the seventh floor is magnificent. The hotel is well located for public transportation, 10 mins walk from metro station and many bus stops around the area. The staff was great, special thanks to Damiano at the reception for his friendliness and tips for the city and Ana at the breakfast room who made sure that we had everything we wanted. Use of the lounge after checking out with an extra option to shower was something that exceeded our expectations.

Centrally located, safe, very clean, staff was very attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay superb! Breakfast was exceptional and the one day we missed the cutoff time by 30 minutes, our host Lucia went out of her way to make us cappuccinos and breakfast to go…even helped us carry everything to our room. Walk to Vatican was 10 minutes, Pantheon 20 minutes, and Trevi Fountain 30 minutes…no car or cab needed.

This was, by far, our favorite hotel on our Italian vacation. The grounds are beautifully maintained, it felt luxurious yet was reasonably priced for what you get. The staff went above and beyond every day. Its just a short walk into charming Trasteverre area, and a quick taxi into busy Rome/Colosseum. I would definitely recommend.
