In fact, what made my stay enjoyable and I was very pleased and happy was the attention and hospitality of Mr. Mattia. He was very interested to the point that he felt that I did not ask him to change the room and he waited for me until I returned at night and changed the room for me and upgraded me to a room without any additional fees, a junior room, and its code was stunning overlooking the street and the city of Como and Lake Como. The room is very beautiful to the point that you can sit in it and it is enough to go out for a walk. Mr. Mattia was also important and explained the tourist places in the city of Como. He also came to me at early breakfast time. He is a very interested person in his work and hardworking. The same personality as Mr. Mattia has a bright future of distinction, development and attracting tourists. This is a rare type of official and you will rarely find him with his efficiency and he is a distinguished supervisor of a workplace and his quality is very upscale. Also, before leaving for vacation, he gave me his private number card in case I faced any problem in the hotel and vice versa, everything was fine. Also, when I left the hotel, I was explained the tourist places in Milan. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mr. Mattia, and I advise everyone. Deal with him because he is a person who is characterized by his high-class dealings and knowledge of what the clients need. I also advise booking room number 350. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Vignetta Cernobbio! The hotel is truly one-of-a-kind, offering a unique charm that makes it stand out. The rooms were incredibly cozy, with breathtaking views of the lake that made every moment special. The location couldn’t be more perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were phenomenal, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. A special shoutout to Ash, whose exceptional service and kindness really made our stay unforgettable. Perfectly clean in an amazing location. 5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the center of the city, 2 minutes from the lake. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel was great .. rooms was comfy and it was clean and very near to the lake and center for me this is as of now the best modern hotel that i have visited in my life .. i love that hotel and of course i will come to it again

The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.
